Context
A red Cadillac rolls onto the stage of the Theatro Municipal de São Paulo. In 1993, Roberto Carlos turns his entrance at the year-end special into a spectacle. Under Jorge Fernando's direction, dynamic sets and theatrical lighting give the performance a cinematic feel.
Erasmo Carlos and Wanderléa join the host for a Jovem Guarda medley beneath an illuminated sign. Sandy & Junior sing Splish Splash. Chico Buarque makes his debut on the program with O Que Será, while Regina Casé breaks protocol by playing a fan who crashes the performance.
Maria Bethânia and Leandro & Leonardo also take part in this gathering of generations. The program remains tied to television and returns to Viva's schedule as part of tributes to the singer. Between memories of Jovem Guarda and the guests of 1993, the recording preserves a gathering made for the screen.
- Erasmo Carlos and Wanderléa revisit Jovem Guarda alongside Roberto.
