Wanderléa

Wanderléa was born in Governador Valadares, Minas Gerais, and started singing as a child on radio shows in Rio de Janeiro. She released her first records in the early 1960s and, in 1965, began co-hosting the TV show Jovem Guarda with Roberto Carlos and Erasmo Carlos.

After the movement ended, she continued her solo career, recording repertoire in different styles and releasing albums such as Vamos Que Eu Já Vou (1977) and Nova Estação (2008).
