Context
Nine days separate the new lineup's debut from the Pinkpop stop. On May 28, 2007, Evanescence arrives in Landgraaf with Troy McLawhorn and Will Hunt newly folded into The Open Door tour. Amy Lee, Terry Balsamo and Tim McCord complete the quintet at Megaland.
A recorded intro of Lose Control sets up the entrance of Weight of the World. The second album fills nine of the fifteen songs, including Sweet Sacrifice, Lithium and Lacrymosa. Fallen answers with Going Under, Haunted and Bring Me to Life. At the close, My Immortal comes before Your Star: the last word goes to the new phase.
After Landgraaf, the schedule continues across Europe before the Family Values Tour alongside Korn. The Open Door tour runs until December 2007. The Pinkpop show is broadcast on television and remains a document of this early stretch of road with two newly arrived musicians.
