Context
On December 8, 2005, the change starts with the clothes. Roberto Carlos steps into Credicard Hall in dark blue and jokes about the audience's surprise. The repertoire maintains its connection to Pra Sempre but makes room for a new album and songs returning to circulation through Globo's telenovelas.
Eduardo Lages's orchestra opens the show with a medley. Roberto moves through Café da Manhã and É Proibido Fumar, welcomes Chitãozinho e Xororó for Arrasta uma Cadeira and sings Loving You in English. On Detalhes, he takes up the acoustic guitar with pared-down accompaniment; at the end of Jesus Cristo, he brings the guests together.
The night reaches television on December 21, directed by Roberto Talma. The program brings that year's release together with the hits that anchor the Christmas specials. After the group gathering, the closing turns intimate: Roberto tells the story of a toast dedicated to Maria Rita, and Acróstico closes the tribute.
- Loving You is sung in English; Arrasta uma Cadeira brings Roberto and the sertanejo duo together.
