“To see Roberto Carlos celebrate four decades of partnership with Globo on a night at Cidade das Artes.”
Context
A blue carpet welcomes the guests at Cidade das Artes, in Rio de Janeiro. On November 23, 2013, Roberto Carlos turns the Christmas taping into a celebration of four decades of partnership with Globo. Gold, blue and a large handmade chandelier give the stage the look of a gala.
Roberto opens with Emoções and reads O tempo passa? Não passa, by Carlos Drummond de Andrade. Lulu Santos brings Como uma Onda; Tiago Abravanel embodies Tim Maia and sings Negro Gato with the host. Anitta brings Show das Poderosas close to Se Você Pensa, while Erasmo Carlos meets his partner again on Além do Horizonte.
The program reaches television on December 25, directed by Jayme Monjardim and João Daniel Tikhomiroff. Cartas de Amor also finds room in the celebration, before joining the soundtrack of Em Família. Between the memory of earlier specials and the mixing desks of Reimix, the party keeps the past in circulation.
- Anitta and Roberto cross Show das Poderosas with Se Você Pensa.
