“To see the collaborations from the Duas Faces and Eterna Alegria projects brought together in the 2015 compilation.”
Context
There is no single night behind these encounters. There are different stages and sessions, brought together by Alcione's gesture of sharing the singing. The Duas Faces project and the DVD Eterna Alegria Ao Vivo had already documented some of these collaborations before they received a selection of their own.
Diogo Nogueira opens the journey with Poder da Criação. Martinho da Vila joins in on Ilha de Maré and Roda Ciranda; Maria Bethânia shares Sem Mais Adeus. Samba remains at the center, but the selection also brings Alcione together with Victor & Leo on Romaria and MV Bill on Meu Ébano.
In 2015, these recordings arrive together on CD and DVD through Biscoito Fino. The edit preserves encounters from different periods without presenting them as a continuous performance. Near the end, Djavan and Zeca Pagodinho join the singer on Êh, Êh. A Loba closes the journey with Alcione on her own.
- Êh, Êh brings Alcione, Djavan and Zeca Pagodinho together in one performance.
- Jamelão shares the Lupicínio Rodrigues medley Nunca / Vingança with Alcione.
