Diogo Nogueira

Born in Rio de Janeiro, the son of samba artist João Nogueira, Diogo began his music career after an early path in soccer. In 2007, he released the CD and DVD Diogo Nogueira Ao Vivo, which marked his debut as a solo singer.

Titles such as Tô Fazendo a Minha Parte and Bossa Negra, a collaboration with Hamilton de Holanda, broadened his repertoire. He also hosted the TV show Samba na Gamboa and recorded live projects, among them Alma Brasileira.
