Context
In May 1994, alternative rock also finds room for a trio without a guitar. After Cure for Pain, Morphine widens its international reach. It is during this stretch that Mark Sandman, Dana Colley and Billy Conway arrive at Bullet Sound Studios for the Dutch program 2 Meter Sessies.
Sandman takes vocals and two-string bass, Colley handles the saxophones and Conway holds down the drums. The selection opens with Have a Lucky Day and moves through My Brain and Sharks before Buena. All Wrong and I Know You (Part II) complete the session's six-song cut.
The meeting does not stay limited to television and radio. Three performances find a place on B-Sides and Otherwise, a compilation released in 1997: Have a Lucky Day, All Wrong and I Know You — Part Two. The Dutch studio thus enters the group's discography, preserving a stage of its expansion beyond Boston.
- Three performances from the session later land on the compilation B-Sides and Otherwise.
