Context
On May 23, 1994, Urban Dance Squad arrives at Pinkpop one member short. DJ DNA had left the year before. Without the turntables, the quartet presents in Landgraaf the Persona Non Grata phase, a record released in April and marked by a more aggressive move toward metal.
Rudeboy Remington handles vocals, with Tres Manos on guitar, Silly Sil on bass and Magic Stick on drums. Selfsufficient Snake opens the run of eleven songs. No Kid and Comeback pull the earlier records into a program dominated by the third album. Demagogue, which is gaining ground in European clubs, closes the performance.
The road continues to Planet Ultra, in 1996, before DJ DNA's return in 1997. The professional Pinkpop footage resurfaces in full in the festival archive in July 2025. The film preserves this specific interval: the band down to four members, with the third record just arrived on stage.
- Demagogue closes a performance with nine songs from the third album.
