Context
The 1983 visit marked the group's South American debut, during the Creatures of the Night Tour. At the Maracanã, Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons performed with Eric Carr and Vinnie Vincent. The band still wore makeup, before the change of image that would come with Lick It Up that year.
This edit gathers excerpts from the TV broadcast and runs forty-one minutes and thirty-eight seconds. Creatures of the Night starts the musical segment, which includes I Love It Loud and War Machine. The description also lists God of Thunder, as well as a backstage interview placed between the first part and Eric's solo.
The video offers a selection from the concert, and its full-show title does not erase the cuts revealed by the running time and the sequence. The interview stays out of the setlist. The entry logs only the excerpts described in this upload, keeping the broadcast classification and separating the edited program from the longer set played at the stadium.
- Eric Carr's solo opens the second musical block
