Context
In March 2019, the Pray for the Wicked Tour reaches The O2 Arena, in London. The 2018 album drives the European leg, with Brendon Urie backed by Nicole Row, Mike Naran and Dan Pawlovich. The March 29 show finds Panic! At The Disco in an arena phase, far from the early clubs that marked its debut.
The filmed selection combines recent material with earlier songs. One of the Drunks, King of the Clouds and Roaring 20s share space with The Ballad of Mona Lisa and Nine in the Afternoon. The Greatest Show brings a direct link to the movie musical into the set. I Write Sins Not Tragedies stays in the final stretch.
The recording resurfaces at PlayOn Fest, a virtual festival in April 2020. This edit keeps the broadcast's sequence, with four songs cut from the original concert. The selection leaves a document of the tour, but does not reproduce the whole night.
