Context
In July 2006, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out is still Panic! At The Disco's only album. The band stops at the Fillmore Auditorium, in Denver, on its first tour as headliner. Jon Walker is already on bass alongside Brendon Urie, Ryan Ross and Spencer Smith. The set focuses on the album that introduced the group to the public.
The night does not follow the album's sequence. Time to Dance appears early, while Build God, Then We'll Talk closes the run. Radiohead's Karma Police and the Smashing Pumpkins' Tonight, Tonight make room for outside references. Eric Ronick on keyboards and Bartram Nason on cello expand the lineup on the recording.
The concert gets a DVD in the A Fever You Can't Sweat Out box set in 2006. In October 2025, the band posts the full film on its official channel, as part of the album's twentieth-anniversary celebrations. The recording preserves a lineup that falls apart in 2009.
