Context
On November 22, 2019, the O2 Arena hosts the close of LM5: The Tour. Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall reach the last stop after a European run. The fifth album provides the show's name and its axis: female empowerment on an arena scale.
Salute opens the run of songs, followed by Power, with Stormzy, and Woman Like Me. The quartet moves through Wasabi, joins Only You and Black Magic in a medley and finds room for Secret Love Song, Pt. II. In the encore, Kamille comes in on More Than Words before the close with Touch.
The night finds another home in November 2020, when the production directed by Laurence Warder reaches theaters as LM5: The Tour Film. The release turns the end of the tour into a film of its own, preserving the four-member lineup and the two guest spots that mark the farewell to that journey.
- Stormzy comes in on Power; Kamille joins More Than Words in the encore.
