Context
In December 2016, The Last Hero is already traveling with Alter Bridge across Europe. The quartet reaches the Palladium in Cologne on the 5th, with Gojira and Like A Storm on the night's bill. WDR records the show for Rockpalast, linking this leg of the tour to the German television archive.
The edit starts with Addicted to Pain and runs through Cry of Achilles, Crows on a Wire and Waters Rising. Watch Over You breaks up the sequence before My Champion. In the final part, Blackbird and Metalingus come before Open Your Eyes; Show Me a Leader carries the set to Rise Today.
The night's full show has eighteen entries, but this edit preserves fourteen. The Writing on the Wall, Come to Life, The Other Side and The Last Hero are left out of the program posted on YouTube. The TV selection keeps its own flow, within a tour that would continue the following year.
