Context
Thirty years after playing the first Warped Tour, Sublime meets the festival in its hometown. On July 26, 2025, the Shoreline Waterfront welcomes Jakob Nowell, Bradley's son, fronting original members Eric Wilson and Bud Gaugh. The reunion has an address and a continuity.
Garden Grove opens the performance, followed by The Ballad of Johnny Butt and 40oz. to Freedom. The set crosses the first three albums and welcomes guests: Gabo Fayuca steps in on Caress Me Down; Fletcher Dragge of Pennywise joins in on Same in the End. Between Badfish and What I Got, Ensenada presents new material.
Released eight days earlier, Ensenada points to this lineup's first studio album with Jakob. Santeria closes the show, but does not close this passage between generations. The performance is part of the festival's online stream and remains a record of a band returning to its own turf while preparing its next chapter.
- Fletcher Dragge steps in on Same in the End; Gabo Fayuca joins in on Caress Me Down.
- Ensenada appears just eight days after the single's release.
