Sublime

Sublime was born in Long Beach as contraband from the beach, the back alley and pirate radio. Ska punk, reggae, dub, hardcore and rap passed through the band like broken bottles in the sun. Bradley Nowell’s death turned the third album into both epitaph and hit machine. The return with Jakob Nowell carries another ghost: not erasing the past, but finding out whether it still breathes.

Why listen to Sublime?

The band captures the moment when party, addiction, street and melody become the same American hangover.
