Skunk Anansie — Pinkpop 2010

Netherlands
Setlist not available.
“To see the Skunk Anansie reunion reach Pinkpop before the release of Wonderlustre.”
Context
On May 30, 2010, the Skunk Anansie reunion reaches Pinkpop's main stage, in Landgraaf. The 2001 breakup is behind them. After returning to live shows in 2009, the quartet crosses Europe with the Greatest Hits Tour and the compilation Smashes and Trashes.
Skin takes the vocals, with Ace on guitar, Cass on bass and Mark Richardson on drums. The night's set crosses Selling Jesus, Weak and Hedonism with Because of You and Tear the Place Up, released during the reunion. My Ugly Boy opens the door to the next studio chapter.
In September of that year, Wonderlustre carries the comeback forward with an album of new material, the first since Post Orgasmic Chill. The Pinkpop recording preserves this interval: the band is already reclaiming its catalog on the festival circuit, but it also puts a still-unreleased song in front of the crowd.
