Context
Drizzle greets Evergrey on Sunday, August 12, 2018, at Catton Park. The Swedish band takes the Ronnie James Dio stage early, after Monument, with forty minutes allotted. The Storm Within is still their latest release, and the group maintains a connection to Bloodstock's early years.
Passing Through opens the performance with heavy guitars and Rikard Zander's synthesizers. Tom S. Englund shares guitar duties with Henrik Danhage, while Johan Niemann and Jonas Ekdahl anchor the rhythm section. There are seven songs: My Allied Ocean keeps the recent album in the mix, and Black Undertow brings in the Hymns for the Broken era.
A Touch of Blessing shifts the focus to piano before King of Errors closes the set with Ekdahl's drum intro. Afterward, the musicians meet fans at an autograph session. The Atlantic arrives in 2019; the festival footage preserves this interval, with the earlier material still center stage.
- A Touch of Blessing and King of Errors close the performance.
