Context
Violivoz is born from the meeting of Chico César and Geraldo Azevedo, who share songs, arrangements and musical production. In December 2022, the project reaches the Concha Acústica do Teatro Castro Alves, in Salvador, to be filmed. The partnership shapes a performance centered on the two voices and the acoustic guitars.
Táxi Lunar opens the musical block. Mama África links to Pra Não Dizer Que Não Falei das Flores, while Deus Me Proteja meets Moça Bonita. The program moves through Dia Branco, À Primeira Vista and Reis do Agronegócio. Other medleys stitch together individual repertoires and shared songs, without turning the performance into two separate sets.
The filmed show preserves this joint construction and offers a complete edit of the Salvador meeting. The Concha Acústica provides the recording location, but the title stays tied to the partnership. Violivoz documents two songwriters working side by side on their own songs.
