Context
In October 2004, Anastacia reaches the German arenas with three albums and her first tour underway. The self-titled album, released that year, moves her pop toward rock and provides the axis of the journey. Berlin and Munich host the performances that meet in the edit of Live at Last.
Seasons Change opens the set, followed by Why'd You Lie to Me and Sick and Tired. Rob Bacon leads a band with two guitars, keyboards and three backing singers. Between the blocks, there is room for instrumentals and for Who's Gonna Stop the Rain and Overdue Goodbye in acoustic versions, with cajón.
The tour continues through Europe until August 2005. In March 2006, the two German nights reach double DVD, directed by Jim Gable, with a documentary among the extras. It is Anastacia's first full concert DVD: her debut on the road gets a release of its own, beyond the singles.
- Who's Gonna Stop the Rain and Overdue Goodbye form the acoustic block, with Chris Johnson on cajón.
