Context
The MHP Arena welcomes Electric Callboy on May 16, 2022, during the Hypa Hypa European Tour. The band already uses its new name, but TEKKNO has not yet been released. Ludwigsburg captures this in-between stage: Nico Sallach and Kevin Ratajczak share vocals as recent singles come in among songs from the earlier albums.
Pump It opens the show, followed by My Own Summer and Hate/Love. The Scene, Castrop X Spandau and Supernova pass through the first block; Crystals and Prism revisit other parts of the catalog. Spaceman appears before Rehab. In the home stretch, MC Thunder II, We Got the Moves and MC Thunder lead to the close with Hypa Hypa.
The full film reaches the band's channel in August 2022, a few weeks before TEKKNO. The recording keeps the order of that night and also spins off into audio releases. The video edition preserves the meeting between the earlier repertoire and the songs that will shape the band's next cycle.
