Context
On June 26, 2022, Outbreak celebrates ten years and gathers its community at the Bowlers Arena in Manchester. Loathe arrive on Sunday as a quartet, after Connor Sweeney's departure the year before. I Let It In and It Took Everything still drives the band's time on stage.
Between Nothing and Vein.fm, the group opens with Aggressive Evolution and draws six of its seven songs from that album. Two-Way Mirror and Is It Really You? share space with Gored and Heavy Is the Head That Falls With the Weight of a Thousand Thoughts. In front of the stage, stage dives follow the clash between melody and weight.
The professional footage preserves the roughly thirty minutes and reaches the public in September, edited by David Tan with audio by Adam Rogers. At the end of the same year, the band takes the full album to North America. The Manchester recording captures a different scale: seven songs compressed into a festival slot.
- Kadeem France dives into the crowd during Gored.
