Context
On August 2, 2012, the Przystanek Woodstock main stage welcomes Damian Marley for a show billed as his first solo concert in Poland. He arrives with Welcome to Jamrock well established and new connections outside reggae: the partnership with Skrillex is already part of this phase.
The opening pairs Make It Bun Dem with Set Up Shop. Then Damian moves through More Justice and Beautiful, brings back the collaborations with Nas on Dispear and Land of Promise and makes room for family. The Mission meets Get Up, Stand Up and the War / No More Trouble medley.
In the following years, the festival also hosts Ky-Mani Marley, in 2014, and Ziggy Marley, in 2019. Damian's set lives on in the event's video archive, with the full concert made available in 2020. Road to Zion and Welcome to Jamrock lead the home stretch; Could You Be Loved closes the night.
