Tour albumMargem2019 · MargemThe show presents Margem and brings its songs together with those from Maritmo and Maré, the two previous chapters of the sea trilogy.“To see Adriana bring her sea trilogy together at Cidade das Artes, in the recording that closes the project in audiovisual form.”
Context
Twenty-one years separate Maritmo from Margem. On December 14, 2019, Adriana Calcanhotto brings that journey together in the Grande Sala da Cidade das Artes in Rio de Janeiro. The show follows the release of the third sea-themed album and brings all three chapters onto the same stage.
Bem Gil, Bruno Di Lullo, and Rafael Rocha accompany Adriana, taking the partnership built in the studio on the road. Maré opens the sequence of songs; Mais Feliz and Vambora meet the recent material. Rubel joins for Você Me Pergunta, written for the occasion, and stays for the duet on Mentiras.
The tour continues into early 2020, but this night takes on a lasting life of its own. With audiovisual direction by Murilo Alvesso, the recording arrives on CD and DVD through Biscoito Fino that year. Between Devolva-Me, Futuros Amantes, and the closing Maresia, the trilogy becomes more than a sequence of albums: it becomes a shared performance.
- Rubel shares Você Me Pergunta and Mentiras with Adriana.
