Why watch

“To see Tarja share the Summer Breeze 2025 main stage with Marko Hietala on four songs.”

Context

At 5:40 p.m. on August 16, the Summer Breeze main stage welcomes Tarja and a guest announced on the poster itself: Marko Hietala. The summer leg of Living The Dream brings to Dinkelsbühl a retrospective tied to the 2022 compilation, but makes room for the past the two singers share.

Tarja opens with Eye of the Storm and moves through Demons in You and Undertaker before calling Marko up for Dark Star. The meeting spans four songs. Dead Promises runs into a failure with his microphone; The Phantom of the Opera and Wish I Had an Angel complete the block, before the closing Until My Last Breath.

After Dinkelsbühl, the schedule moves on to Aarburg and Marina di Altidona, keeping the retrospective on the road. Summer Breeze is streamed live worldwide over the internet. The recording keeps this festival slice: an hour between Tarja's solo identity and the songs that put her voice beside Marko's again.
