Context
On August 23, 2025, Primal Fear arrives at Newark Showground after a deep change. The year before, four musicians had announced their departure from the group. Now Ralf Scheepers and Mat Sinner lead a renewed lineup, with Magnus Karlsson back on stage, Thalìa Bellazecca on the other guitar and André Hilgers on drums.
On the Stonedead stage, the band crosses different eras of its catalog. Final Embrace opens the show, followed by Nuclear Fire and Angel in Black. The Hunter introduces the next album among established songs. Fighting the Darkness appears in the home stretch, before Chainbreaker and the closer, Metal Is Forever.
Thirteen days later, Domination arrives through Reigning Phoenix Music and carries the new phase forward. The Newark stop is documented in professional footage, released by the press in January 2026. The record preserves this specific window: the lineup is already on the road, but the album that presents its new configuration has yet to arrive.
