Context
On August 10, 2025, Bloodstock's final act takes place under the Sophie Lancaster Stage tent. Obituary is tasked with closing out the weekend at Catton Park. The band arrives on the European Cause Of Death Summer Bash, with Dying of Everything still its most recent studio album.
Redneck Stomp clears the way for John Tardy, Trevor Peres, Ken Andrews, Terry Butler, and Donald Tardy. The set draws heavily on Cause of Death for an extended stretch: Infected, Body Bag, Dying, and the title track anchor the center of the performance. Circle of the Tyrants connects this run to the band's Celtic Frost roots, before Chopped in Half and Turned Inside Out.
I'm in Pain and Slowly We Rot lead the closing stretch, after Gojira has already filled Sunday's headline slot on the other main stage. The European schedule continues to Nijmegen and Düsseldorf. The professional footage preserves this festival farewell as a meeting between the early catalog and the Dying of Everything era.
- Six songs from Cause of Death form the core of the performance.
