João Paulo & Daniel — Ao Vivo

In Brotas, the duo sings in the city where their story begins. It is 1995, the year of their sixth album, and João Paulo & Daniel bring songs to the stage that connect sertanejo romanticism with the caipira tradition. The performance takes on another meaning when this footage reaches the public after João Paulo's death.

Você Só Me Faz Feliz opens the release's musical sequence. Te Cuida Coração and Cuida de Mim share space with Malícia de Mulher and a medley of Chora Viola and Caminheiro. João Mulato joins them on Olhos Claros; Hoje Eu Sei and Eu Me Amarrei are also part of the selection.

The recording enters the catalog in 1997, originally on VHS, and later receives a DVD release. The closing section features Daniel alone at Olympia, in São Paulo, singing Estou Apaixonado and Canção da América. The edit brings together two moments separated by loss: the duo in their hometown and the beginning of Daniel's solo career.
