“To see Geriatricus bring its mix of music and characters to Espaço Unimed in its new phase with Live Talentos.”
Context
Clothes and makeup that turn the performers into elderly characters meet a venue accustomed to major rock shows. At Espaço Unimed, Geriatricus scales up its combination of music and comedy. The recording is part of a period of expansion for the trio, which joins Live Talentos in 2026 after playing stages across Brazil.
Dona Celeste, Leandrinho, and Gutinho make their character portrayals part of the show, with humor and interaction between songs. The journey begins with Do Seu Lado, moves through Black and Take On Me, and reaches Evidências. International rock and Brazilian hits share the stage without rigid genre boundaries.
The performance becomes an audiovisual release in September 2026, with the digital release of Ao Vivo em São Paulo. LED structures and side panels give the production a dimension of its own. The project preserves the idea of bringing generations together through familiar songs, while also capturing the stage identity that sets the trio apart from a conventional cover band.
