Context
In November 2025, Paris hosts Imarhan between two chapters: Aboogi is already part of their story, while Essam is still awaiting release. The Tamanrasset quintet returns to the Cabaret Sauvage, where it had played the summer festival in 2024, now as part of ARTE's Concerts Volants.
Sadam handles vocals and guitar, joined by Tahar Khaldi on bass, Hicham Bouhasse and Abdelkader Ourzig on guitars and Haiballah Akhamouk on percussion. The performance puts the fourth album's phase into circulation. Tuareg blues remains the foundation, while the project opens room for electronic influences and other textural possibilities.
The recording circulates through ARTE ahead of the arrival of Essam, set for January 2026 on City Slang. What follows includes a British and European tour announced for the next year. The Paris night fills that gap: it documents a band presenting its change before fixing it on the release calendar.
