Septicflesh

Septicflesh emerged in Athens, Greece, in 1990, originally as Septic Flesh. The band released Mystic Places of Dawn in 1994 and went through a phase that culminated in Sumerian Daemons, from 2003, before suspending activities. Reunited in 2007, it returned with Communion the following year, making orchestrations central to its sound. Then came records such as The Great Mass, Codex Omega and Modern Primitive, released in 2022.
