Amenra — Hellfest 2026

There is still daylight when Amenra take the Valley in Clisson on June 20, 2026. The band arrives at Hellfest with a recent change: Amy Tung Barrysmith, of Year of the Cobra, took over bass in 2025, after Tim De Gieter's departure.

Children of the Eye opens a sequence in which Mass VI supplies four of the seven songs. Razoreater and Am Kreuz pull the set toward earlier chapters, while De evenmens represents De Doorn. On Am Kreuz, Amy also sings; Mathieu Vandekerckhove takes over screamed parts once shared with former bassists. The lineup change has an audible consequence.

Diaken closes the run and returns the center of the stage to Mass VI. The performance circulates as an ARTE Concert broadcast, with an announced availability window until June 2027. The recording captures this meeting of older repertoire and a renewed lineup: Amy's arrival changes more than who holds the bass.
