Korn

Korn emerged in Bakersfield, California, in 1993, bringing together musicians from L.A.P.D. and Sexart. The debut album, Korn, came out in 1994; Life Is Peachy followed two years later. The band reached the top of the American charts with Follow the Leader (1998) and Issues (1999), and went on through changes in lineup and sound.

Brian “Head” Welch left in 2005 and returned in 2013; the group kept releasing records and touring.
