Queens of the Stone Age

Queens of the Stone Age emerged in Palm Desert, California, in 1996, led by Josh Homme after the end of Kyuss. The debut record came out in 1998; Rated R widened the band’s reach in 2000, and Songs for the Deaf, with Dave Grohl on drums, cemented its international profile. After Era Vulgaris and ...Like Clockwork, the group released In Times New Roman... in 2023 and remains active.
