Levellers

Levellers formed in Brighton in 1988 and released their first album, A Weapon Called the Word, in 1990. The following year, Levelling the Land reached the British charts and cemented songs such as “One Way” and “Battle of the Beanfield”. The album Levellers, from 1993, reached number two in the UK. The band kept releasing albums and touring, without announcing an end.
