Editors

Editors emerged in 2002, formed by music technology students who moved to Birmingham after university. The band rose to prominence with The Back Room (2005), whose single “Munich” reached the British charts, and widened its reach with An End Has a Start (2007), which topped the UK album chart. After guitarist Chris Urbanowicz left in 2012, the group brought synthesizers into work such as In Dream and EBM.
