Zwan

Zwan emerged in Chicago in 2001, after the end of the Smashing Pumpkins, bringing together Billy Corgan and Jimmy Chamberlin with Matt Sweeney, David Pajo and Paz Lenchantin. The band released a single album, Mary Star of the Sea, in 2003, which reached number three on the American chart.

After a brief tour, Corgan announced the end of the group in September of that year and went back to focusing on the Smashing Pumpkins.
