The Tragically Hip

The Tragically Hip formed in Kingston, Canada, in 1984, and released its debut album in 1987. The band rose to prominence with Up to Here and Road Apples, before cementing its path with records like Fully Completely, Day for Night and Trouble at the Henhouse. In 2016, after Gord Downie’s brain cancer diagnosis, it did a farewell tour. Downie died in 2017, and the group ended its activities.
