Tame Impala

Tame Impala emerged in Perth, Australia, in 2007 as a home-recording project of Kevin Parker, who writes and produces the music. The debut album, Innerspeaker, introduced its psychedelic rock; Lonerism widened the project's reach. On Currents, Parker moved toward synthesizers and dance music, a path he continued on The Slow Rush. Tame Impala remains active as Parker's solo project.
