Stereophonics

Stereophonics emerged in Cwmaman, Wales, in 1992, with Kelly Jones, Richard Jones and Stuart Cable. The trio debuted in 1997 with Word Gets Around and widened its audience with Performance and Cocktails, released in 1999.

In 2005, Dakota, from the album Language. Sex. Violence. Other?, became its first number-one single in the United Kingdom. The band kept releasing records, among them Oochya! and Make 'em Laugh, Make 'em Cry, Make 'em Wait.
