Spiritualized

Spiritualized emerged in Rugby, England, in 1990, led by Jason Pierce after the end of Spacemen 3. The debut, Lazer Guided Melodies, introduced its sound of hypnotic guitars and expansive arrangements; Pure Phase pushed further in that direction.

With Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space, from 1997, the group reached wider recognition. Pierce kept leading the project, which released new records in the decades that followed, including Everything Was Beautiful in 2022.
