Pierre-François Dufour

A French musician who divides his time between cello and drums, Pierre-François Dufour brings to jazz a way of listening that is at once melodic and rhythmic. In the tribute to John Coltrane’s centenary led by Raphaël Imbert at Studio 104 of the Maison de la radio in Paris, he alternates between the two instruments alongside singer Célia Kameni, pianist Pierre-François Blanchard and double bassist Pierre Fenichel.
