Paulo Ricardo was the voice and bass of RPM, the band that in 1986 made Rádio Pirata ao Vivo one of the best-selling records in the history of Brazilian rock. With Luiz Schiavon, he brought synthesizers, costumes and stadium hysteria to 1980s Brazilian rock. Later, he went solo, between romantic pop and rock, without straying from the songs that marked a generation: Olhar 43, Louras Geladas, London London.
To remember when Brazilian rock filled stadiums with synthesizers and pop hysteria.
