Paquitas

The Paquitas formed in 1984 on TV Manchete's Clube da Criança as Xuxa's stage assistants. When the host moved to Globo, they joined Xou da Xuxa and also branched out into music: the album Paquitas came out in 1989 and featured Fada Madrinha (É Tão Bom); another self-titled album followed in 1991. New lineups released records in the 1990s, and the group disbanded in 2002.
