Nils Frahm

Nils Frahm was born in Hamburg, Germany, in 1982, and studied piano from childhood. Early in his career, he brought acoustic piano and electronics together on albums such as Felt, from 2011.

The live album Spaces, released in 2013, gathered recordings of performances and widened his audience. After building a studio in Berlin, he released All Melody in 2018 and kept exploring the combination of acoustic and electronic instruments on Music for Animals, from 2022.
