Nekrogoblikon

Formed in 2006 by Nicky Calonne and Tim Lyakhovetskiy, Nekrogoblikon began as a melodic death metal project in California. The duo recorded their first album, Goblin Island, released in 2007, in a basement. As the lineup expanded, Stench and the Power EP followed. Heavy Meta, released in 2015, told a story about a race of goblins; the band later released Welcome to Bonkers and The Fundamental Slimes and Humours.
