Motörhead

Motörhead formed in London in 1975, led by bassist and singer Lemmy Kilmister. After their debut album, the band rose to prominence with Overkill and Bomber, both from 1979, and reached a wider audience with Ace of Spades (1980) and the live album No Sleep ’til Hammersmith (1981).

The group stayed active for four decades, released Bad Magic in 2015 and came to an end after Lemmy’s death that same year.
