Louise Goffin

Louise Goffin was born in Brooklyn and grew up in Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles, the daughter of songwriters Carole King and Gerry Goffin. She released Kid Blue in 1979, at 19, and later recorded for labels such as Elektra-Asylum, Warner Bros. and DreamWorks.

After years with major labels, she began releasing records independently; Bad Little Animals marked that phase. She also produced work by Carole King and kept writing and recording, including the album Two Different Movies.
