Lamb of God

Born in Richmond, Virginia, as Burn the Priest in 1994, Lamb of God became one of the central bands of the New Wave of American Heavy Metal. Pantera-inherited grooves, thrash precision and Randy Blythe’s screams shaped records like Ashes of the Wake and Sacrament. The band survived Blythe’s imprisonment in the Czech Republic in 2012, from which he emerged acquitted, and remains a reference for political, technical and relentless metal.
