Killswitch Engage

Killswitch Engage formed in Westfield, Massachusetts, in 1999 and helped bring metalcore to a wider audience with 2002's Alive or Just Breathing. After Jesse Leach's departure, Howard Jones took over vocals on 2004's The End of Heartache and 2006's As Daylight Dies. Leach returned in 2012; the band continued releasing albums, including Disarm the Descent and This Consequence.
